As for my history, I grew up in the United States in a small town in South Dakota, My father was a teacher, coach, and farmer and my mother was the school nurse in our community. I have two brothers, one older and one younger. After high school I went to College and received my degree in Exercise Science, Biology, and Psychology. I also played American football while attending college. After my university study I continued my study at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. Here I received my Doctorate in Chiropractic. I’ve practiced my first 6 years throughout the United States and now serving people in the Netherlands for the past 7 years. Throughout the years, I have experienced pain from both sides . One side from working as a chiropractor for the last 13 years and the other side from being a former college football player who has experienced many injuries myself. Over the last decade, I have learned what pain is and what true pain management really is. As a result of my professional and personal experience with pain I am able to serve my clients in the best way possible.
I practice with idealistic optimism and I am constantly challenging the belief systems people create and the mental constructs they have in order to best serve and support my clients. Through my own healing process, I’ve developed Center Point Meditation and Center Point Therapeutics in order to empower people to heal themselves.
The Center Point techniques have knocked on the door of our innate intuitive potential that is locked inside us. I discovered this technique by accident through my personal healing experience and have now been sharing it with people I adjust and it has had such a profound effect that is not only reproducible, it is also very efficient as well as predictable. I’m yet to find that it does not work. This technique is so important that it must be shared with the world. Center Point Meditation can be learned by a therapist in order to better assist their clients or it can be learned as technique to use for your own personal well-being.
The human Biology is not built for all the incoming transmissions that can enter the body and mind on a daily basis. With each incoming thought or feeling, tension will build up in the body whether you like it or not. Everyone’s physical body has a certain limit to how much tension it can hold. Consider the analogy that your body has a tension backpack that gets filled from all the tension that occurs from the stress we encounter in our life. In the world today, most people’s backpacks are totally full. If the tension backpack is full, the body is unable to adapt to stress, is possibly filled with pain, and dis-ease is able to thrive because the tension is so full in the body that it can no longer heal itself. Consider Center Point Meditation (CPM) and Center Point Therapeutics (CPT) as possible solutions to allow your body to instantly empty your tension backpack, so you can continue living your life free from the tension that this modern life creates.
Dr. Matthew Breske, Founder of Center Point Meditation and Center Point Therapeutics
My journey into healing began when I was 19 years old and I had trouble getting in and out of a car because of the pain in my hips. By that time I had been teaching regular high impact aerobics classes for 4 years in studios with cement floors covered by a thin carpet. The impact on my joints took a toll on my young body. Doctors dismissed it because of my age. At that time nobody made the connection between the high impact and my pain.
I moved from a small town in Florida to NYC where I knew I would find alternative therapies. A chiropractor gave me slight relief, that was a start. Not long after, in a personal trainer certification course I was taking, there was a guest bodyworker doing demonstrations. I volunteered to be the client, and for the first time in months, I felt significant relief! I had never heard of “body work” before then, and within the first 60 seconds, I felt something light up inside me. I didn’t learn a specific technique at that time, but ever since, when working with clients, I intuitively knew how to help someone get out of pain by laying my hands on them and guiding them through specific movements. I worked backwards, trying to figure out how I knew what I knew, and what the logistics were, by studying with a Neuromuscular Therapist and taking various bodywork courses. I became certified in Pilates, Body Logic, Body Rolling, and MELT, plus other modalities. All these techniques are amazing, and to this day I use them all. None of them however, fully encompassed the work I was doing intuitively.
For the past 35 years, I have worked one on one with clients to relieve their pain by using a combination of different modalities I’ve learned, and my own intuitive abilities. In 2020 I began working with The Human Garage, and I became a Fascial Maneuvers Practitioner. It was around this time that my journey began shifting from “fixing” people, to empowering them to heal themselves. My work is strongly focused on the mind body connection – I teach people about the profound connection between our thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and attitudes, and the positive or negative affects on our biology. I work with all the senses in a blend of traditional and metaphysical methods. Center Point Meditation (CPM), and working with the biofield, has become the “glue” that binds all other modalities I practice. It also stands completely on it’s own. I am proud to be among the first CPM certified practitioners. My focus is to teach other teachers how to incorporate CPM into their own work, and into their own personal healing journeys.

I am driven and passionate to help others move, feel and live better. Most importantly, I aim to guide and empower people on their self-care path. My mission is to embody vitality and joy, and to share that journey with you.
I have a Dutch/Spanish background, grew up in South America, and have been traveling and working abroad for the largest part of my life. From an early age, I have been fascinated by movement, sports and well-being. At 20 years old, I started suffering from various back injuries and chronic fatigue. This led to a beautiful yet challenging path of physical and emotional healing and recovery, as well as personal and professional transformation.
My journey as a ‘mover’ and movement coach started with Martial Arts, which I practiced for about 15 years. From there, I explored as well as taught many different modalities and terrains including; Yoga, strength and conditioning, Foundation Training, mobility, and my biggest love – surfing.
My movement journey eventually led to manual therapy and bodywork. I started with massage and deep tissue therapy, and then further deepened my understanding of the human body and pain management through my studies in structural osteopathy, as well as with my work with the Human Garage and Fascial Maneuvers. Now with Center Point Meditation, it all comes together full circle!
I aim to keep my approach as holistic and integral as possible. Being able to help people both on and off the table, in and out of the gym, through coaching and the exploration of emotional and physical interconnection, allows me to do just that.
I am currently based in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain, where I work as an osteopath, massage therapist, movement instructor and lifestyle & vitality coach. Music and the ocean are my home!
Hi, my name is Rachèl Boreas. Helping others to get to know themselves (their true selves) is what I do.
What started as a deep dive into getting to know and understand myself better, I quickly realized that that is exactly what I’m here to do. I learned a lot about our healing & de-conditioning and awakening process in the last few years, and especially what is holding us back in fulfilling our potential. This is when I started to going deeper into our Core Wounds. The unconscious patterns that are imprinted during our childhood, and even when we were still in our mother’s womb, lay the foundation for our stubborn habits, fixed behaviors and most persistent symptoms we struggle with. It is the root cause that shape our lives.
I met Dr. Matthew 1,5 years ago, and he introduced me to Center Point Meditation. Since following the CPM Workshop I am not only practicing Center Point on a daily basis myself but we are also working together in the development of CPM and integration into the Core Wounds as well as integrating wisdom from the I-Ching, Human Design and the Gene Keys. Center Point Meditation helps me to release stress and anxiety from the (emotional) overwhelm of daily life, and past traumas. It is a great tool to take back ownership over yourself and your life. I believe that our future belongs to those that are self-empowered. We are not victims, we can heal ourselves.

My name is Keriya but almost of my friends called me Kay. My parents are from Cambodia, but I was born in France.
I have a physics and engineering background but in my heart, I know I am healer.
In 2016, I started to deal with some physical pain in my shoulders, neck and knee pain. After visiting doctors, psychologists and psychiatrists and also receiving steroid injections for my shoulder, I had realized that these treatments did not work. I started to search for alternative therapies: aromatherapy, lithotherapy, energy healing, diet, …etc to improve my life.
In 2020, as fate happened, I entered a clinic called Intuitive Mind Solutions in Eindhoven (The Netherlands). This is where I met Dr. Matthew Breske, who became my chiropractor, my teacher and also a close friend. After one CPM session with him, my pain was almost completely gone. I could not believe it. I asked if this technique was something that I could learn. Matthew recommended me to attend a CPM workshop first and this experience inspired me to take the practitioner course in Center Point Meditation.
Center Point is a simple, quick and an amazing technique to reduce and eliminate pain from the body. Since I have learned how to do it, I have helped many friends, family members and people suffering from pain. I feel alive again. One of my dreams is to share this technique all around the world. I want to empower people to connect to themselves easier, help people in pain and teach them to live a better – healthier life.

Seeking healing through others, Irazú discovered her need and ability to self heal. Irazú’s journey began when she realized she had spent her life going to others for help with healing. In the years-long process of overcoming cancer, she came to realize the many powerful healing tools within herself. She learned that these tools have more power than external treatments offered. As a Centerpoint Meditation Practitioner (CPM), Irazú is helping others with their pain and traumas.
“I like helping others learn how to take care of their body.”
In 2017 Irazú discovered The Human Garage Fascial Maneuvers Technique. This led to Irazú becoming a Fascial Maneuvers Coach in 2021. Irazú continued by acquiring Center Point Meditation and Center Point Therapeutics training in 2021 and certification in 2022. In an extraordinary blend of physics and metaphysics, Irazú combines the physical healing techniques mentioned above along with her lifelong ability to read Cosmic Energy and the Soul’s Journey to help each client uniquely.
“With an Akashic reading we can explore the source of whatever discomfort the client is experiencing and learn from where it stems.”
