Our mission is to empower people with the knowledge that Center Point Meditation has, resulting in an increased awareness of our thoughts, feelings and emotions as well as to experience decreased pain and tension in the body. Bottom line is, our modern world is too stimulating for our human body. The tension builds up in our body so fast and it builds up more and more every day. We want to teach you how to do Center Point Meditation in order to empty this tension out of your system. Feeling and thinking is an important part of who we are but we’re not going to continue to think less and feel less. Because the more stimulation we get, the more thinking and feeling we will also get. This is detrimental to our health. Our goal with Center Point Meditation is to teach you how to empty the tension that’s caused by our thoughts, feelings and emotions in an easy and practical way; with a logical and down to earth approach. It is very simple to do. And our goal is to teach as many people as we can. By learning how to do this, you will connect to your natural state.
